Newgistics VP of Business Strategy David Plemons Brings 25 Years of Proven Logistics Expertise to Strengthen Communication and Legislation for Shipping Industry

Founded in 1953, PSA is one of the most prestigious and influential voluntary industry associations within the parcel shipping industry. The organization is comprised of experts from prominent retailers and distribution companies committed to advancing the interests of postal shippers through leadership, advocacy, and political representation.

As a result of increased industry consolidation and record-high gas prices, today’s shippers face more hurdles than ever to provide customers with a cost effective yet innovative logistics solution. PSA is the only organization whose mission is to support the vitality of the parcel shipping industry by providing a forum for solving operational and logistical issues. Plemons brings over twenty five years of expertise to PSA. He also served as CEO of Cornerstone Shipping Solutions, before joining Newgistics’ executive team in February.
