Bill Razzouk, Chief Executive Officer

Bill was the former chief operating officer and executive vice president at Federal Express and spent thirteen years at the company. He played an integral role in building the sales and marketing organizations that transformed Federal Express from a 700 million dollar company to an 11 billion dollar industry giant. Bill served in executive roles at Xerox, ROLM, Philips Electronics, as well as on the Board of Directors for NYSE companies, including: LaQuinta Inns, Cordis, Sanifill, and Fritz, Inc. He currently serves on the Board for Waste Connections, Inc., (symbol: WCN).

Ken Johnson, Vice President of Sales

Ken has nearly 30 years of sales, marketing and operational experience and has held senior executive positions in Fortune 500 corporations such as ACS Inc., the leading provider of business process outsourcing services to Global 500 companies and IBM, where he earned numerous top awards, including the Golden Circle and President's awards.

Michael Twomey, Chief Financial Officer

In a career spanning more than thirty years, Michael has a distinguished record of accomplishments in all aspects of financial management and operations. Prior to joining Newgistics he was most recently chief financial officer at NetBotz, Inc., an IP-based security solutions company. Mike served in a number of executive positions in IBM, including chief financial officer and vice president of operations for IBM's Tivoli software business, controller and treasurer for IBM Credit Corporation, and as director of operations and chief financial officer for IBM Greater China.

Joe Phillips, Chief Technology Officer

Joe joins Newgistics with an impressive reputation in retail technology management. Prior to joining the company, Joe served as executive vice president and CIO with Blockbuster, Inc. His career also includes senior level positions with Eckerd, Rite-Aid Corporation, Federated Stores, and EDS.

Todd Everett, Vice President of Operations

Todd joined Newgistics in 2005 with an accomplished background in supply chain management and logistics. Prior to joining Newgistics, Todd spent the previous nine years of his career with Intel Corporation where he had responsibility for the company’s outsourced transportation and logistics functions for North and South America. In his capacity as Vice President of Operations for Newgistics, Todd is responsible for the company’s logistics network strategy, including transportation and national facility operations.

David Plemons, Vice President of Customer Relations

David joined Newgistics with more than 25 years of operations and logistics experience in parcel delivery, warehousing, and transportation industries. Most recently, David was Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Cornerstone Shipping Solutions. David began his career with United Parcel Service, where he was responsible for both facilities and project rollout management. Following his tenure with UPS, David worked for Drop Ship Express and led efforts to increase profitability of core business functions by streamlining operations and reducing labor, transportation, and shipment damage costs for Drop Ship Express and the United States Postal Service. He is currently president of the prestigious Parcel Shippers Association and serves on other boards ranging from non-profits to a seminary.
