Bill Razzouk, Chairman and CEO
Bill Razzouk has served as Chief Executive Officer of Newgistics since 2005. He is the former chief operating officer and executive vice president of Federal Express, where he spent 13 years. He played an integral role in building the sales and marketing organizations that transformed Federal Express from a $700 million company to an $11 billion industry giant. Bill has held executive roles at Xerox, ROLM and Philips Electronics, and served on the board of directors of several public companies.
Michael Twomey, Chief Financial Officer
Michael Twomey has served as Chief Financial Officer of Newgistics since 2006. In a career spanning more than 30 years, Michael has built a distinguished record of accomplishments in all aspects of financial management and operations. Prior to joining Newgistics, he was chief financial officer at NetBotz, Inc., an IP-based security solutions company. Michael has also served in a number of executive positions at IBM, including chief financial officer and vice president of operations for the company’s Tivoli software business; controller and treasurer for IBM Credit Corporation; and director of operations and chief financial officer for IBM Greater China.
Ken Johnson, Vice President of Sales
Ken Johnson, Vice President of Sales, joined Newgistics in 2002. During his career, he has amassed nearly 30 years of sales, marketing and operational experience. Ken has held senior executive positions in Fortune 500 corporations such as ACS Inc., the leading provider of business process outsourcing services to Global 500 companies, and IBM, where he earned numerous top honors including the Golden Circle and President’s awards.
Joe Phillips, Chief Technology Officer
Joe Phillips joined Newgistics as Chief Technology Officer in 2004 with an impressive reputation in retail technology management. Prior to joining the company, Joe served as executive vice president and CIO of Blockbuster, Inc. His career also includes senior level positions at Eckerd, Rite-Aid Corporation, Federated Stores, and EDS.
David T. Marinkovich, Vice President of Marketing and Field Sales
David T. Marinkovich joined Newgistics in 2011 as Vice President of Marketing and Field Sales, bringing 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain technology. An accomplished executive whose background includes leadership positions in sales, marketing and customer service, David is responsible for all of Newgistics’ marketing programs and field sales operations. Prior to joining Newgistics, David held executive positions at companies including SmartMail, DHL Global Mail and—most recently—Tiger Logistics, where he served as vice president of business development.
Todd Everett, Vice President of Operations
Todd Everett joined Newgistics in 2005 with an accomplished background in supply chain management and logistics. Todd spent the previous nine years of his career at Intel Corporation, where he had responsibility for the company’s outsourced transportation and logistics functions for North and South America. At Newgistics, Todd is responsible for the company’s logistics network strategy, including transportation and national facility operations.
Michael Desmarais, Vice President of Operations – Newgistics Freight Services
Michael Desmarais, Vice President of Operations for Newgistics Freight Services, joined the company when Newgistics acquired Logistics Management, Inc., in 2007. Michael had been at LMI since 1991, serving in a variety of positions. At Newgistics, he is responsible for managing Newgistics Freight Services' logistics and operations strategy.
Paul Forand, Vice President of Sales – Newgistics Freight Services
Paul Forand, Vice President of Sales – Newgistics Freight Services, joined Newgistics in 2007, when the company acquired Logistics Management, Inc. Paul previously served as vice president of sales at LMI. In his current position, he is responsible for leading sales and account management for Newgistics Freight Services’ ground and expedited air freight service offerings.
