Bill Razzouk
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Bill Razzouk has served as Chief Executive Officer of Newgistics since 2005. He is the former chief operating officer and executive vice president of Federal Express, where he spent 13 years. He played an integral role in building the sales and marketing organizations that transformed Federal Express from a $700 million company to an $11 billion industry giant. Bill has held executive roles at Xerox, ROLM and Philips Electronics, and served on the board of directors of several public companies.
Michael Twomey
Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Services
Michael Twomey has served as Chief Financial Officer of Newgistics since 2006. In a career spanning more than 30 years, Michael has built a distinguished record of accomplishments in all aspects of financial management and operations. Prior to joining Newgistics, he was chief financial officer at NetBotz, Inc., an IP-based security solutions company. Michael has also served in a number of executive positions at IBM, including chief financial officer and vice president of operations for the company’s Tivoli software business; controller and treasurer for IBM Credit Corporation; and director of operations and chief financial officer for IBM Greater China.
Joe Phillips
Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering
Joe Phillips joined Newgistics as Chief Technology Officer in 2004 with an impressive reputation in retail technology management. Prior to joining the company, Joe served as executive vice president and CIO of Blockbuster, Inc. His career also includes senior level positions at Eckerd, Rite-Aid Corporation, Federated Stores, and EDS.
Ken Johnson
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Ken Johnson, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, joined Newgistics in 2002. During his career, he has amassed nearly 30 years of sales, marketing and operational experience. Ken has held senior executive positions in Fortune 500 corporations such as ACS Inc., the leading provider of business process outsourcing services to Global 500 companies, and IBM, where he earned numerous top honors including the Golden Circle and President’s awards.
Todd Everett
Senior Vice President of Operations
Todd Everett joined Newgistics in 2005 with an accomplished background in supply chain management and logistics. Todd spent the previous nine years of his career at Intel Corporation, where he had responsibility for the company’s outsourced transportation and logistics functions for North and South America. At Newgistics, Todd is responsible for the company’s logistics network strategy, including transportation and national facility operations.
Ted Tanner
Vice President of Business Development – E-Commerce
Ted Tanner joined Newgistics in 2012, when the company acquired AtLast Fulfillment Inc. Ted was the CEO of AtLast, which he founded in 2003. In that role, he was responsible for building the corporate infrastructure needed to support AtLast’s rapid growth and ensuring the company maintained its high-quality service while delivering innovative solutions. With over 20 years of Internet-related experience, Ted has been CEO of small to mid-size organizations and served in roles in corporate development, product development, business operations, and strategy.
